As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location and price of this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, bacon.

Felt like a home away from home, with nothing being too much trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train and Docklands Light Railway station, making it easy to access central London. it is located on the Thames shore, providing lovely views. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, with USB- loading sockets and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests can enjoy nice breakfasts and the helpful staff.

The hotel was modern inside and had a good feel to it. The staff were excellent and very attentive to any extra needs we had. The car park was an added bonus and worked out at a reasonable price per day. The security guard was lovely and very helpful, he showed us where to catch the nearest transport and went out of his way to assist us.

There was no flexibility on changing dates for arrival due to external circumstances. The hotel used a strong cleaner that left a chemical smell in some rooms and hallways, which caused my daughter to cough uncontrollably.

I was actually surprised by the room cleanliness and comfortable bed. Despite reading previous reviews about the breakfast, I found it to be quite decent with a good selection of items available.

The staff were kind and accommodating, even allowing me to drop off my bags before checking in. The hotel was located just a short walk from a convenient transportation hub, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options to suit all dietary preferences. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing ample room for lounging after a long day of exploring.

I had a really good stay at this hotel near Limehouse DLR station. The location was excellent and allowed me to easily explore central London, including Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, thanks to the convenient train connections. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with two single beds that provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast offered a good selection of options, including vegetarian choices, and was included in the very reasonable price I paid. it was a great value for money stay.
